Do you keep track of the SEO techniques you are using? Are you aware of the newest trends on the block? IF the answer is “NO” you must keep up your pace in knowing the latest search marketing trends and tools being used in the industry these days.

Every company big or small are trying to achieve the best they can in the search marketing industry to drag the customers to the high extent. So to stay in the competition and make the traffic flow towards your site you should be up to mark in knowing the newest search trends.

At times, it was true that stuffing your page with keywords in the content and code in hundreds of numbers would fetch you the high ranks on the web. But the technique doesn’t work anymore, and the search engines keep on changing their algorithms & their search technology. The best thing to do now is to post the genuine content on to the web pages and update it at regular intervals. Also don’t forget to use your keywords in the meta tags (Title, Description and Keywords) along with the content (minimal and meaningful). This may fetch good results for you on the SERPs.

Over the years we have many other trends also affecting the SEO which are modifying from time to time. Page Rank for a site is not considered as an important measurement for SEO these days but there were days when one would only look for a good Page Rank for a site. These days the ‘Site Load Time’ is a new factor affecting the SERPs as Google is looking for speedier sites to give its users the information as quickly as possible.

The traditional search techniques are replaced by the latest and somewhat complex search trends and making the news now and flowing with the new technology will give you an opportunity to be afloat on the SERPs.
