Ratings and Reviews: Ratings and reviews engage your visitors. Reviews increase the buy rate. The biggest problem we see for that most of the customers do not write comments/review or provide ratings. There is the lack of participation from the customers in writing reviews. May be one can look at providing rewards (points, gift certificates, or coupons) in exchange for writing reviews. , but it still gets little attention on many sites. So there is a lot of work that needs to be done to get good review and comments

Tools for Rating and review: Facility needs to be provided for the customers to give one in case we are looking for one.

Search Facility: Can your website be google for your products. If so, it is good.

Customer testimonials: A customer testimonial is the ultimate social proof to validate a great service by a business. Each additional customer testimonial helps to reinforce to others that the business operates on good faith, follows on its claims and has excelled beyond the customers expectation.

Cross Selling: This is an idea that we can give to buyer to lookfor things that can compliment the items they have bought. Say – A peson buys a camera, then we can try to see camera bag, but not another camera.

Breadcrumbs. Breadcrumbs should be incorporated throughout the site to make the navigation more user-friendly. These text based links expand and contract based on what page the customer is on.

Add-On’s – what can be used with it, or does it need to function; batteries, extra modules, or devices
